    OLR Case Worker: Permanent: £26,811 – £30,335: Full Time 37 hours per week

    We are seeking an OLR Case Worker to join our Delivery Team on a full time, permanent basis.

    The Role
    The case worker will assist in the evaluation of Risk Management Plans for individuals subject to an Order for Lifelong Restriction (OLR); review annual reports on the implementation of Risk Management Plans; support the administration of processes for the accreditation of risk assessors; quality assure risk assessment reports; assist in the administration of the RMA’s case management system; and support the work of the RMA Board and Management Team.

    The Person
    The role has a broad range of responsibilities and applicants must be able to demonstrate strong analytical ability, excellent written and verbal communication skills; and be highly organised. In addition, applicants should be used to dealing with confidential information with integrity and efficiency. Knowledge regarding the assessment and management of serious violent and sexual offenders is essential.

    The role is suitable to recent graduates in the fields of either psychology, criminal justice, social work or law; or individuals with practical experience of managing complex cases within defined processes.

    The post of OLR Case Worker is a Grade 3 post with a salary range of £26,811 – £30,335.
