Most of the LS/CMI in Practice reports, originally published between the end of 2012 and May 2013, have been amended and updated.
Reports covering 26 local authority areas* have been amended to correct a misunderstanding about what the LS/CMI system reports on. Information labelled as ‘disposals’ within the system report actually relates to the ‘preferred option for disposal’ and not the outcome from court.
Most of the reports have also been significantly updated and provide an analysis of more recent data submitted to the RMA. For some areas, this has resulted in an analysis of an additional 8 months of data (given the time that has elapsed since the reports were originally produced and the date the amendment exercise was completed).
The LS/CMI in Practice reports for all 32 local authority areas are available from the Quality Assurance section of the RMA website.
* The final few reports, published in May 2103, contain the correctly labelled information. Therefore, it has not been necessary to amend reports for the following areas: Aberdeen City; Aberdeenshire; City of Edinburgh; Highland; Midlothian; West Lothian.
