The RMA is seeking to recruit two OLR Case Workers on a full time, fixed term basis
The job:
The role of the case worker is to assist in the evaluation of Risk Management Plans for individuals subject to an Order for Lifelong Restriction (OLR); review annual reports on the implementation of Risk Management Plans; support the administration of processes for accreditation of risk assessors; quality assure risk assessment reports, and assist in administration of the RMA’s case management system for Risk Management Plans and Accreditation.
The person:
The role is ideally suited to a recent graduate in the fields of either psychology, criminal justice, social work or law; or an individual with practical experience of managing complex cases within defined processes.
The role includes a diverse range of responsibilities and applicants must be able to demonstrate strong analytical ability, excellent written and verbal communication skills and be highly organised. In addition, applicants should be used to dealing with confidential information with integrity and efficiency.
Terms and conditions:
The RMA offers excellent conditions of employment which include 25 days annual leave, 11½ days public/privilege holidays (pro rata), flexible working hours and pension.
The post of OLR Case Worker is a Grade 4 post with a salary range of £25,272 – £28,593 (pay award pending). These opportunities are offered on a fixed term basis to the 31st of March 2019.
