LS/CMI Annual Satisfaction Survey on RMA helpdesk – results

    The results of the LS/CMI Annual Satisfaction Survey 2019 on the RMA helpdesk are available here.

    The survey was sent to all those who have contacted the RMA helpdesk for advice on LS/CMI matters over the course of 2019 (Jan-Dec). They were asked to complete a short survey to help inform the helpdesk process and how this might be improved. The results were overwhelmingly positive with 100% of respondents indicating they were satisfied with the speed and advice given to their query.
