LS/CMI Annual Satisfaction Survey on RMA helpdesk

      The LS/CMI Annual Satisfaction Survey on the RMA helpdesk for queries received over the course of 2020 is currently underway. Those who have contacted the RMA helpdesk for advice/guidance on LS/CMI matters have been asked to complete a short survey which will help inform the helpdesk process and how this might be improved. The closing date is the 15th of February, watch this space for information on the results of the survey.
