Change in helpdesk process for LS/CMI queries

      Changes in who to contact for technical/ IT related queries come into effect on 15th November 2017.

      Users are now asked to contact NVT directly via the helpdesk ( for resolution of technical/ IT issues or queries.

      Notice of this change to the helpdesk process was issued to all areas, via identified mentors, on 13th November 2017.
